Tony Rizo

Tony has been in the business of urban water management, Inc. for over twenty years. Six years ago he started Rain Exchange, building in-ground rainwater harvesting systems. He quickly diversified into other areas of the industry working with his team of professionals to provide landscaping, irrigation, drainage and waterproofing services.

Tony served as President of the Dallas Irrigation Association from 2005 to 2006 where he lent a hand assisting the start of the Water IQ Program in Plano, Texas. He also served as a Trustee with the Texas Turf Irrigation Association.

Today, Tony is the President and CEO of Urban Water Management.

Liam Hill

Liam Hill has been in the construction industry for over 15 years. He has been involved in many facets, from his start in residential home building, to his military service as a US Navy Builder or his time as a Project Manager in Civil Road and Bridge construction. Eight years ago he found his love for the Landscape Industry and quickly aligned his personal passions of sustainability with his career and became involved in the Rainwater Harvesting industry. Liam has been designing and building sustainable water infrastructures since 2010. Liam is a TCEQ Licensed Irrigator and is our lead for all projects which focus on LEED Certification. He believes that building relationships and provided extraordinary customer service is the key to success for both our organization and for that of our clients.

RObert Crum

Robert has been involved in the Rainwater Harvesting industry for over five years. He has worked with Tony on countless projects over the past 10 years. Robert is a TCEQ Licensed Irrigation Technician.

Robert serves as the Construction Manager for Urban Water, Inc. Management.
